I started ortho work at this location back in 2010, I think I was 10 or 11. I actually had to get braces TWICE from this location because I didn't wear my retainers as a kid. I learned my lesson and I finished up my braces years ago. I purchased multiple pairs of Vivera retainers after my initial procedures. I pushed the lifespan of the retainers for 8 years and they got old and loose. I visited again after 8 years this month (May) to get new retainers. Since I've been a patient for more than half my life, I decided to leave this review. My experience at the 3rd Street location has been consistently great. I don't recall ever being nervous there even when I was starting as a kid. The ladies at the front desk were just as friendly as I remembered. They were transparent about the cost of the retainers and efficient with scheduling the appointments. The office was still clean and organized how I remembered it. Roger was was the technician that helped me out for these two visits (I don't know his exact title). He was friendly from the get-go and helped me with advice on maintaining my Vivera retainers. Dr. Alpan just checked out the retainer fits this time around, but still as friendly and professional as I remembered. My experience here was specifically for braces and retainers. I would highly recommended Alpan Orthodontics, and this location, if you need to get similar work done!

Dr. Alpan and his team are professional and caring. Before my last appointment I called in because I wanted to come in earlier that day, and they made room for me. Dr. Alpan always listens to any concerns I had durning my treatment; like when I was transitioning from Invisalign liners to Vivera retainers. I've been to 3 of his offices, because I work all over Los Angeles and they are all nice, but I especially like the Century City office.
